Doctor with Ebola Symptoms Rushed to Hospital in New York

Dr. Craig Spencer was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after presenting Ebola symptoms. He recently returned from Guinea in West African country after working with Doctors Without Borders.

According to an October 23, 2014 article by the New York Daily News, Dr. Craig Spencer was admitted to Bellevue Hospital with Ebola symptoms. Spencer spent the day bowling until symptoms began developing. The Daily News said he "recently returned from disease-wracked West African country Guinea after working with Doctors Without Borders, hit the lanes in Williamsburg and used Uber taxis to get around."

According to a November 11, 2014 article by the Wall Street Journal, Spencer was released after close to three weeks of treatment and given "a clean bill of health."
