On August 30, 2016, C. J. Pearson received a response to his commentary about the protest actions of NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The response was laced with ethnic slurs and profanities.
Upon close examination of the sender's profile Pearson shared it on his timeline and told his followers that it cam from an employee of the New York State Assembly.
The iRumorMill.com crew went to the Facebook profile of M. J. Bryant and found out that he listed his job title as a legislative aid for Deborah Glick in the NY State Assembly.
The iRumorMill.com com crew has reached out to NY State Assemblywoman Glick for a comment and are awaiting a response.
