iRumorMill.com Determination: Real

The video, "Hillary vs. The First Amendment" is real and posted by the Laugh Factory on Nov. 9, 2015 according to a release by Judicial Watch. Comedians Mike Marino, Dom Irrera, Greg Fitzsimmons, Tiffany Haddish, and Brian Holtzman appeared on stage and roasted the former First Lady and Secretary of State, and Oval Office candidate.

Judicial Watch reported that club owner Jamie Masada got a telephone call from a “'prominent' person inside Clinton’s campaign" shortly after the video was posted on the website of the Laugh Factory website.

Masada told Judicial Watch, “[he] said the video was disgusting and asked who put me up to this,” and "demanded to know the names and phone numbers of the comedians that appear in the video."

Masada denied to provide the information and hung up on the staffer.

Masada insists that "the comedy stage is a sanctuary for freedom of speech no matter who is offended."

Masada added,  “Just last night we had (Emmy-award winner) Dana Carvey doing Donald Trump and it was hilarious.”
