iRumorMill.com Determination: Hoax
NASA made no such prediction according to an Aug. 22, 2017 article by a Fox News affiliate in Boston. The article said that a fake document predicting an extended eclipse of sunlight to our planet caused by the proximity of Jupiter and Venus was "leaked" out into World Wide Web.
Similar predictions were made back in 2014. It never happened and the iRumorMill.com crew debunked it long before the predicted date.
